Having just graduated from doing my masters I was bad shape both in body and mind. There was a number of reasons for this, bad diet, lack of sleep, working out minimum and self doubt. I text Luke and he had me in the following week. I first of all just thought we were going to be training a couple of times a week and that way I would see changes to my body. But what I got was much more. As well as being pushed to my limits during the PT lessons we’d often talk about life and goals or ambitions we both had. That’s when training became much more and Luke would tell me about the books he was reading on the power of positive thinking and alignment to the universe. This period of training with Luke didn’t just change my physical appearance but it also changed my whole outlook on life and the ways I was going to go about achieving the things I had always hoped for in life. Changing my mind set was just as if not more important than just the aesthetics of my body I was first interested in. For this I could not not thank Luke enough. – Shaun Humphries

Luke has been my trainer for over two years now and I can honestly say I no longer see him as “my Pt” he is an actual friend.
Luke is one of the most positive and motivational people to be around, I can go into a session in the worst mood and come out feeling a million times better just from being around his good vibes!
I wouldn’t be able to be trained by anyone else now because nothing is as hard as a Luke’s sessions he really does push you to your limits and he really does know what he’s talking about. I can’t thank Luke enough for everything! – Bekka McGrath

Luke’s training is always different and enjoyable. I met him over 7 years ago while he was training in a old run down gym. He was always happy to give me tips and advice for free never once did he reject or ask for money. After a few tips I noticed some big changes in my training and how I was performing. I then took training plans from him over a period of 4 years and each time the programme was different and made a massive change to my training and physique. People may look at his physique and think it’s fake but I can assure you he’s dedicated to working hard and to helping other’s achieve their goals. – Billy Vaughn
