I am 5 months in and I cannot believe the difference it has made to my every day life. Not just physically (I have never been fitter!) but mentally, emotionally and spiritually too. Even down to getting up at 5.30am, to eating the right food, changing my diet and reading some of the books recommended. The workouts are so easy to follow and push you to your limits. It has inspired me to be the best version of me I can and I am extremely grateful

I can't really put into words the difference this program has made to my life but I can explain a few things to make it easier. I have exercised from a young age and have competed across martial arts for 4-5 years, unfortunately an addiction to cocaine stopped me ever progressing any further and has always prevented consistency in any form of training I have undertook in the past, I have been a recovering addict for 3 years and have been on the shredfast programme for 7 months now and for the first time in 10 years can honestly say I wont ever look back. Recovering from an addiction brings alot of mental baggage, this includes anxiety, guilt, fear, ill mental health. The program has provided me with guidelines to which I can adapt and implement into my life where I see fit, the physical exercise is broken down step by step meaning its very easy to follow yet highly effective. The motivation and guidance supplies me with content which uplifts, inspires and keeps me motivated. The nutrition plans have helped me to stay disciplined and build a fantastic level of will power which is transferable to every area of my life. I signed up to shredfast to lose weight and tone up, what I have achieved for myself and my life out weighs everything which I signed up for and I couldnt recommend it enough.
